The Opportunity


We’re seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, exceptional massage experiences.
• Perform massage enhancements, including hot stones, cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy.
• Build meaningful guest relationships and promote wellness.
• Collaborate with a supportive, professional team.

Qualifications

• Current California Massage Therapist license.
• Active professional liability insurance.
• Ability to perform full-body 50-minute or 80-minute massage services.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest care skills.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Schedule

• Part-time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
• 5-6 hour shifts.
• Opportunity to grow into full-time employment.
• Base pay rate, plus commission and gratuities. Therapists average $28-32 per hour without cash tips.
