Weekend Receptionist at Northwoods Lodge Part Time

Encore Northwoods Lodge is a distinguished 57-bed facility specializing in short-term skilled nursing care (SNF). We are dedicated to delivering a better way of healthcare—one rooted in evidence-based practices, holistic patient care, and a supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Receptionist to join our professional team and make a meaningful impact on the recovery and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly and professional initial point of contact for visitors.
• Uphold our commitment to creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for all.
• Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Respond quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our residents and guests.

Qualifications:

• A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years clerical experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Food Handlers Cad preferred
• CPR certification preferred
