Weekend Closing Shift Lead to help lead our team through the end of the day. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works efficiently, and understands that a successful closing is about more than just finishing a checklist.
We need someone who can keep the team focused, ensure closing tasks are completed thoroughly, and leave the bakery clean, organized, and ready for the next morning.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the closing shift and helping the team prioritize tasks while continuing to serve customers.
- Ensuring closing checklists are completed accurately and on time.
- Overseeing cleaning, sanitizing, stocking, and organizing work areas according to company procedures.
- Supporting coworkers and stepping in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service until the end of the day.
- Communicating important updates, unfinished tasks, and operational concerns to management.
- Taking responsibility for the overall condition of the bakery before leaving.
- Leading by example through a strong work ethic, respectful communication, and a productive pace.

- Available on weekends: Saturday and Sunday availability is essential for this position.
What We Offer
- Starting pay of $17.00 per hour, plus tips. Tips typically add approximately 5–6 per hour; actual tips vary.
- An estimated average total wage of approximately $22.50 per hour, including tips.
- Part-time opportunities, with full-time opportunities potentially available.
- Daytime business hours, with no late-night shifts.

Schedule: Thursday - Monday 8a.m. - 4p.m.
Weekend availability is required. Our store hours are 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and shifts may extend until 4:00 p.m. Exact weekend shift times and responsibilities will be discussed during the hiring process.
