Our customer is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer and Quality Supervisor. This is for an experienced quality leader who will serve as the primary welding subject matter expert for the plant on the weekend shift, Friday - Sunday. The role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and improving welding standards, qualification processes, inspection practices, and workforce development across both manual and robotic welding operations.
This person will be leading a small team as well as responsible for managing and completing their own projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a state-of-the-art facility, very stable industry, and wants room to grow.
Hours are 6am-6pm (flexible if you prefer different start/end time) Friday, Saturday and Sunday - so you're only working 36 hours a week but paid for full time plus a little extra for working an off shift.
