    SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT - 7:00PM TO 7:00AM; THE NORMAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-THURSDAY. THIS CAN CHANGE TO MONDAY-SATURDAY DEPENDING ON CUSTOMER DEMAND. WEEKENDS MAY BE REQUIRED BASED ON WORKLOAD.

    TOP SKILLS NEEDED:
    - PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
    - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING MANUAL LABOR
    - MUST BE TRAINABLE AND GREAT AT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
    - MUST BE PUNCTUALY AND HAVE GREAT ATTENDANCE RECORD
    - MUST BE ABLE TO STAND ON FEET FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
    - JOB TENURE IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS MANAGER. WE WANT TO SEE ONE-YEAR INCREMENTS IN WORK HISTORY. JOB HOPPERS WITH SEVERAL JOBS IN ONE YEAR WILL BE DECLINED.

    ***ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON AND WILL INCLUDE A SITE TOUR. WE WILL START INTERVIEWING AFTER THE NEW YEAR WITH A GOAL TO FILL ALL POSITIONS BY THE END OF JANUARY 2026.***

    JOB ROLE: We are seeking a Temporary Weld Line Helper to assist in production operations and maintain a steady workflow on the assembly line.
    The role involves working with hand tools and automated machinery while ensuring safety and product quality.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Assist in sanding, grinding, and welding operations
    - Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications
    - Perform measurements and quality checks on parts
    - Maintain safe, efficient production flow and teamwork
    - Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
    - Familiar with measuring devices for diameter checks
    - Ability to stand up to 12 hours in varying weather conditions
    - Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious
    - Flexible for variable work schedules and shifts
