We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Welders to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $22.00-34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and pulse welding on metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are welded accurately.
Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), control plans, and work instructions.
Set up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
Inspect work using tools such as calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
3+ years of welding experience preferred.
Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
