Job Description

Onsite | Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Welding Test Required

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Welder for a full-time, onsite opportunity. This hands-on role will support industrial fabrication work using GMAW and SMAW welding processes.

Schedule
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Key Requirements
Must be able to pass a 3G welding test using GMAW
Must be able to pass a 2G welding test using SMAW

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding on various materials, parts, and fabricated components
  • Use GMAW and SMAW welding processes to complete work to required specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and consistency
  • Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
  • Work independently and with team members to meet production needs

Qualifications

  • Prior welding experience using GMAW and SMAW processes
  • Ability to pass required welding tests before starting
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
  • Ability to understand basic welding symbols, drawings, and specifications
  • Knowledge of welding safety practices
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
