Our clients are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals with hands-on experience in MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Stick Welding, Flux Core Welding, and Metal Fabrication.

Whether your background is in production welding, structural welding, or industrial fabrication, we have opportunities worth exploring!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core Welding depending on position requirements.

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble steel and metal components.

• Read and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.

• Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.

• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Use measuring tools to maintain proper fit and alignment.

• Follow workplace safety standards and maintain an organized work area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hands-on welding experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux Core (FCAW) welding.

• Background in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial welding.

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment.

• Familiarity with welding machines, grinders, and shop tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
