Seeking an experienced Welder for a metals recycling and processing company to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers and containers in the truck shop. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and welding structural parts per DOT and safety guidelines, maintaining detailed records, and working safely in various weather conditions. Qualifications include 3+ years of welding experience with MIG, stick, and torch methods, high school diploma or GED, and ability to work at heights and in tight spaces. Bilingual skills and DOT trailer repair experience are a plus. The role offers competitive pay, bonuses, benefits, 401k matching, growth opportunities, and weekly pay. Working hours are Monday–Friday 6:30 am–4:00 pm, with alternating Saturdays. Employment is contingent upon passing drug, physical, and background checks.
