Our team is built on precision, reliability, safety, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.What You'll DoPerform welding and fitting on structural, pipe, skid, vessel, and custom fabrication projectsPerform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloysFit, align, assemble, and fabricate components according to project specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, technical drawings, and fabrication layoutsFollow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and established welding proceduresPrepare materials through cutting, grinding, beveling, fitting, and joint preparationVerify measurements, dimensions, alignment, and fit-up throughout the fabrication processInspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and workmanshipEnsure work meets applicable AWS, ASME, API, customer, and project specificationsIdentify weld or fabrication issues and make necessary correctionsSafely operate welding, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication equipmentMaintain equipment, tools, and a clean and safe work environmentWork collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and other members of the fabrication teamWhat We're Looking For10+ years of hands-on welding, fitting, and/or industrial fabrication experienceStrong structural and/or pipe fitting experienceExtensive hands-on experience with one or more welding processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux CoreStrong ability to read and work from blueprints, welding symbols, drawings, and fabrication specificationsExperience with fit-up, layout, measurement, alignment, and assemblyExperience working in a fabrication shop, industrial, oil & gas, marine, pressure vessel, or similar environmentStrong understanding of weld quality, proper joint preparation, and fabrication standardsAbility to work independently and consistently produce quality workStrong attention to detail, safety, and workmanshipPreferred QualificationsThe following are preferred but not required:AWS Certified Welder6G or other advanced welding certificationsCertified Welding Inspector (CWI)ASNT Level II or NDT experienceExperience working with AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, API 1104, or similar industry standardsPressure vessel, skid, structural steel, pipe, or custom fabrication experienceWork Environment & ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOvertime as neededPrimarily shop-based with occasional field workAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environmentsWork may occasionally involve heights or confined spacesWhy Join R & R ManufacturingCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesStable, full-time scheduleHands-on skilled work on a variety of fabrication projectsOpportunity to work alongside an experienced teamGrowing company with opportunities to expand your technical skills and certificationsIf you are an experienced Welder/Fitter with a strong fabrication background and take pride in producing quality work, we encourage you to apply.Equal Employment OpportunityR & R Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
