Our team is built on precision, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.What You'll DoPerform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloysRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawingsFollow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)Prepare materials including cutting, grinding, and fittingInspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standardsVerify work meets AWS, ASME, API, and customer specificationsDocument inspections and complete quality reportsAssist with or coordinate NDT testing (UT, MT, PT, RT)Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actionsMaintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of hands-on welding and fitting experienceStrong understanding of welding processes and metallurgyAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsKnowledge of welding codes and industry standardsExperience working in a fabrication or industrial environmentCertifications are a plus:AWS Certified WelderCertified Welding Inspector (CWI)ASNT Level II (NDT)API 1104 / ASME Section IX experienceWork Environment & ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)Shop and occasional field workAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWork may include heights, confined spaces, and non-climate-controlled environmentsWhy Join R & R ManufacturingCompetitive pay (based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHands-on, skilled work with real career growthStable, growing company with strong leadershipOpportunity to expand certifications and technical skillsIf you're a dependable welder/fitter who values quality work and wants to be part of a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
