Job Summary Select Staffing is seeking experienced Welders to join their team. Candidates should have strong welding and fabrication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule: Day Shift (with potential overtime as needed)
Qualifications:
Experience with MIG welding and spray arc welding preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of welding symbols, measurements, and fabrication processes
Experience with robotic welding equipment is a plus
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
