FlexTrades is hiring Welders to perform MIG and TIG welding on industrial equipment and fabricated assemblies. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, attention to quality, and the ability to produce accurate welds in a manufacturing environment.
Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel components.
Fit, tack, and weld assemblies to specification.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
Weld in multiple positions, including vertical and overhead.
Inspect weld quality and verify measurements.
Grind and finish welds as needed.
Operate cranes and material-handling equipment safely.
Follow all quality and safety requirements.
