At Suncore, we're looking for an experienced Welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys tackling challenging repairs, and can work confidently across a variety of welding, fabrication, and machining tasks.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Occasional weekends and night work as operational needs require.

What You'll Do

• Weld and fabricate: Perform custom fabrication, structural repairs, and equipment repairs using MIG, TIG, stick welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-fuel cutting torches.

• Machine and modify parts: Operate equipment such as plasma tables, lathes, mills, ironworkers, band saws, and hydraulic presses to fabricate, modify, and repair components.

• Tackle complex repairs: Apply your knowledge of welding, machining, and line boring to troubleshoot problems and deliver reliable, lasting repairs.

• Support field and shop operations: Operate forklifts and aerial equipment as needed to safely handle materials and complete projects.

• Maintain high standards: Produce quality work, care for tools and equipment, and follow established safety procedures.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of professional welding experience.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, along with plasma cutting and torch cutting.

• Experience operating fabrication and machining equipment, including plasma tables, lathes, mills, ironworkers, band saws, and hydraulic presses.

• Experience with line boring and the ability to perform custom fabrication and equipment repairs.

• A strong understanding of workplace safety and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• The ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and take pride in getting the job done right.
