Qualifications/Requirements:

• Basic level of welding experience, training, or formal education.
• Training in Basic TIG Welding.
• Ability to grind and shape welds as needed.
• Proficiency in using hand tools as required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good attendance and reliability
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across the departments
