MIG WelderPenmac Staffing is hiring a MIG Welder for a full?time, temp?to?hire manufacturing position in the Independence, KS area. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with MIG welding experience who enjoy hands?on fabrication work in a fast?paced production environment.
Pay & Schedule- Day Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
- Nights Monday – Thursday, 430pm-3am
- Pay: Starting at $20.67 BOE
Requirements for the MIG Welder- MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Industrial welding experience or welding training preferred
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
MIG Welder Responsibilities- Read prints to determine materials and setup
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Remove slag, spatter, and imperfections
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
