Position Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join its fabrication team in Reidsville, NC. This position is ideal for a hands-on welder who can read blueprints, work with metal components, and produce quality welds that meet project specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, position, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Inspect completed welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Assist with general fabrication tasks as needed.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must have personal welding tools; some tools will be provided.
• Ability to lift and/or move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts as needed.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Welding Assessment

Candidates must complete an on-site welding assessment to demonstrate their welding skills and qualifications. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to perform MIG welding and follow job specifications.
