Location: Frederick, MD

A brand new fabrication facility in Frederick, MD is actively seeking TIG Welders to join their growing team. This an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, creative shop working on high-end, custom metal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld custom ornamental railings and fences
• Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing work
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and polished finished products
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence fabrication
• Strong TIG welding skills
• Experience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and perform custom layouts
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (8+ hours)

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus

Incentives:

• $25 $35/hour (based on experience)
