Welders Needed Salem

Hours: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and strength standards are met
Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and drills
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in MIG/TIG welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Ability to pass a hands-on welding test
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good work ethic
Physical ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with fabrication equipment operation
Knowledge of welding safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous welding experience in manufacturing
