EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Associates degree or specialized training required. Additional education will be recognized. Five 5 years experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of welding processes. Strong communication organizational and leadership skills. Ability to instruct students with varying skill levels and learning styles. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Commitment to student success safety and continuous improvement. Must have the ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Word and email. DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES The Welding InstructorCTE Trades Coordinator is responsible for providing high -quality instruction in welding technology while ensuring the effective operation safety and coordination of the Career and Technical Education CTE Trades Building. This position oversees welding and other skilled trades programs supports faculty and staff manages facilities and equipment promotes student success and ensures compliance with institutional state and industry standards. Must be prepared to teach non - traditional course load including concurrent distance learning and interactive video classes .
