    • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting welding, fabrication, and assembly challenges.
    • Train, mentor, and develop welders and support personnel in welding techniques, fabrication practices, and company standards.
    • Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and skill-building initiatives.
    • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

    Welding & Fabrication

    • Perform hands-on TIG welding, fitting, fabrication, and assembly of stainless-steel components.
    • Support orbital welding operations, parent-child tack welding, and manual welding processes.
    • Weld various tubing diameters and fittings in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.
    • Rotate between production cells as needed to support workflow and customer delivery commitments.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.

    Quality & Continuous Improvement

    • Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
    • Partner with the CWI, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, consistency, and throughput.
    • Promote a "Zero Defects" mindset and encourage ownership of quality throughout the team.
    • Conduct routine quality checks and assist in implementing corrective actions when needed.

    Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
    • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
    • Reinforce best practices and safety expectations across all team members.
