An innovative global company specializing in advanced materials engineering and high-tech manufacturing is expanding its team and hiring for multiple Welding, Machining, Fabrication, and Manufacturing positions. Opportunities include Entry-Level Welder, Intermediate Welder, Machine Operator, CNC Operator, Machinist, Fabricator, Manufacturing Operator, and Production roles.

These hands-on positions offer the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technology, shop equipment, machinery, and precision components in a clean, collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Entry-level candidates can receive hands-on training, while experienced candidates can take on more advanced welding, machining, and fabrication responsibilities.

Schedule Options

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.

Friday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Perform or assist with TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene, and orbital welding

Operate CNC routers, lasers, water jets, mills, lathes, forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment

Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, sketches, specifications, and work instructions

Measure, cut, prepare, fabricate, machine, align, and assemble metal, tubing, and other components

Perform machining, fabrication, assembly, repair, and production tasks using hand tools and power equipment

Set up machinery and select appropriate tools and processes for production jobs

Inspect welds, machined parts, and finished assemblies using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues while maintaining quality and efficiency

Optimize material usage, including part nesting and minimizing material waste

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

Experience in welding, machining, fabrication, manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred

Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Approximately 2+ years of related experience preferred for experienced positions

Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, work orders, and detailed instructions

Basic understanding of machining, welding, fabrication, and manufacturing processes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Ability to troubleshoot routine issues and work effectively as part of a team

Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and hands-on work

High school diploma or GED
