What Success Looks Like

  • Lead manufacturing and assembly teams, setting priorities and assigning work with foresight.
  • Unlock capacity by fully utilizing people, materials, and equipment.
  • Partner with the Scheduler/Planner to meet customer demand and ship dates.
  • Champion training, safety leadership, and maintenance oversight; conduct reviews and assessments.
  • Ensure all Planning/Engineering schedule packets are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Consistently hit targets for Product Efficiency, Product Quality Performance, COPQ, OTD, and EHS&S.
  • Coach a diverse crew—welders, machine operators, filter assembly—providing corrective feedback while reinforcing a respectful culture.
  • Work with Project Managers to deliver within budget constraints.
  • Maintain precision in inventory transactions, factory orders, and routing data.
  • Own a Welder Workmanship Program; train on weld symbols, welding processes, and reading drawings for both new hires and seasoned pros.
  • Other job duties as required.

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of Production Supervisor experience in a welding manufacturing environment (required).
  • Proven application of Production Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Continuous Process Improvement (required).
  • ERP fluency for production tracking and materials management; D365 preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding processes (required).
  • Experience with production safety, inventory management, and manufacturing procedures (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (preferred).
  • Travel: may involve some travel.
