Overview
Wellness Center Supervisors lead their teams in delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining high customer service standards. They oversee daily operations, support and coach team members, and manage guest interactions, including escalations. This role monitors phone and front desk activity, verifies membership status, processes and audits transactions, and ensures accurate and consistent communication of general information.
