Wellness Sales Representative

SATURDAY SHIFTS 8:30AM-5:00PM ARE REQUIRED. Please apply only if you can work at least 3 Saturday shifts per month.

Schedule requirements

• Saturdays, 8:30AM-5:00PM, are required
• Shifts at both Garden City Center (Cranston) and East Greenwich Restore Hyper Wellness studio locations
• Weekend availability is non-negotiable
• Looking for part-time & full-time positions

What you'll do

• Greet, check in, and onboard clients (waivers, profiles, POS)
• Answer phones, texts, voicemails, and emails
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Administer cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and compression
• Provide personalized wellness consultations and sell packages and memberships
• Educate clients on all Restore services
• Handle opening and closing duties: laundry, mopping, cleaning showers, toilets, and sauna, taking trash to the dumpster, confirming appointments, and more
• Help with store events, lead follow up, community outreach, and social media

What we require

• Saturday and weekend availability
• 1+ year of customer service experience in retail or a service setting
• Outgoing, friendly personality and a genuine interest in health and wellness
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
