THE ROLE

The Wholesale Account Executive will support the Non-Apparel department in owning all sales functions. This person will see through end to end order management, tracking of Wholesale inventory, and timely commercial analysis. They will work diligently with our wholesale partners, provide excellent follow through, and promoting the AllSaints brand. They will be implementing brand strategy while maximizing sales growth and product assortment for assigned categories and territories

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Own the day to day management of all non-apparel accounts
• Develop working relationships with specialty, e-commerce and department store buyers and maintain daily communication regarding orders, shipping updates and how to continue to drive the business.
• Work strategically and proactively to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets.
• Monitor weekly selling and sell through and provide buyers with regular feedback on competitive performance. Be strategic in feedback to ensure performance targets are met.
• Project sales, plan and negotiate order volumes with accounts, and keep contracts and budget worksheets organized.
• Responsible for setting market appointments, selling the collection, providing buyers with strong feedback and direction on collections and trends. Subsequently review and eventually modify orders in line with the company's strategy. Manage orders from beginning to end.
• Maintain knowledge of sales and market trends with the industry. Provide leadership team with ongoing feedback about competition and collection performance.
• Ownership of training clinics in key markets. Travel to top doors to execute Product and Visual Standards training.
• Develop strong internal relationships with supporting departments such as Planning, IT, Allocations, and liaison between WFLE and People and Culture.
• Research new potential accounts and markets for AllSaints Menswear.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong understanding of retail math
• 4+ years in a sales environment, at least 3+ years experience in Wholesale
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, with specific knowledge of the North American market.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced excel skills required
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Ability to travel to meet business needs.

This is a full time role available at a range of: $100,000.00 - $105,0000.00

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
