Luxury Furniture & Interior Design | Full Time - Remote in Territory

We're seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Wholesale Area Sales Manager who thrives on building lasting partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and driving measurable sales growth. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, customer service, and international teams while serving as a trusted advisor to an established network of premium dealers.

What You'll Do

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Providing excellent client services & sales results
• Daily support to the selected partners of the multi-brands representing
• Reaching the yearly business plan revenues and profitability targets for his/her territory
• Optimizing the multi-brands geographic presence, opening new partners, when possible
• Guarantee excellent product displays at the partners' stores, in line with the visual merchandising guidelines of the brands
• Introducing new product ranges to existing and new clients
• Training the partners' and dealers' sales force
• Developing and maintaining sales forecasts to enable the company to analyze market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 6–10+ years of successful outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience working within the luxury furniture, interior design, architectural products, or high-end building materials industry strongly preferred.
• Experience managing dealer, distributor, or wholesale sales channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of territory planning, business development, and account management.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, with occasional national and international travel.
• Spanish and/or Italian language skills are considered an asset.
