START DATE: July/August 2026

Position Summary
We are seeking a Regional Territory Sales Representative to grow a developing territory by opening new accounts, expanding current relationships, and working through a mix of distributors, channel partners, and end-user customers.
This is a true sales role, not an order-taking role. The right person has sold perishable or consumable products in a B2B environment and knows how to create demand in the field. They can get in front of the right people, ask good questions, build trust, and turn targeted prospects into long-term customers.
Responsibilities- Develop new business and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
- Sell through distributors, brokers, representative groups, and other commercial channel partners.
- Build relationships with end users who influence purchasing decisions and product demand.
- Promote perishable, refrigerated, frozen, protein-based, or similar consumable products.
- Identify target accounts, qualify prospects, and keep a practical territory plan moving.
- Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Work with channel partners to support account development, customer education, and market coverage.
- Stay current on customer needs, competitor activity, pricing, availability, and market conditions.
- Respond to customer questions related to product use, pricing, delivery, and account support.
- Keep accurate notes, quotes, activity updates, follow-up items, and sales reporting
Qualifications- High school diploma required, college degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience in wholesale, distribution, broker, representative, or related B2B channel sales selling perishable proteins.
- Proven ability to open new accounts, build a territory, and create business instead of relying only on inherited relationships.
- Experience working through distributors, brokers, channel partners, or representative networks.
- Ability to build demand with end users while managing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of territory sales, account development, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Comfortable with regular regional travel, in-person customer meetings, and occasional overnight travel.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, active auto insurance, and willingness to use a personal vehicle for business travel.
