Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Windchill Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Milwaukee, WI (Remote). The ideal candidate to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Rate Range: $90/Hour to $106/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Windchill Solution Architect Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide PTC Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, future-ready solution architectures.
Architect, implement, and customize Windchill modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and related PLM functionalities.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, solution quality, performance, and governance standards are met.
Evaluate, design, and oversee integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems, supporting proof-of-concepts through large-scale deployments.
Drive PLM practice development initiatives, mentor team members, support customer pursuits, and promote knowledge sharing and innovation across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in PLM solution design, architecture, implementation, and Windchill development.
Extensive hands-on experience with PTC Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS) and proven expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end PLM solution architectures.
Strong experience leading enterprise PLM integrations, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding technical teams, and translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $106.00 per hour
