- Clean windows, screens, and tracks on homes and storefronts around Charleston
- Clean gutters and pressure wash homes, driveways, and patios
- Hang holiday lights in season, so the work stays steady all year
- Work with a small team and treat every customer's home like your own
Pay and perks
- $20/hr starting, up to $25/hr based on experience
- $1/hr raise after 90 days of solid work
- Tips from customers, plus performance bonuses
- Year-round work with overtime available
- Mostly weekdays, with an occasional weekend. Hours vary with the jobs and the season.
- Company vans for every job. You report to our Johns Island shop and we drive from there, so there are no miles on your own car.
- Paid training: we'll teach you ladder safety, window cleaning, pressure washing, and lighting
- Uniforms and all equipment provided
- A real path to crew lead. Our Field Operations Lead role pays $26–$29/hr.
You're a great fit if you
- Are 18 or older with a valid driver's license
- Are okay driving to our Johns Island shop every day, and have reliable transportation to get there
- Are flexible on hours and can work an occasional weekend
- Are comfortable on ladders and doing physical work outdoors
- Are dependable and on time
- Are friendly with customers
