Window Clerk/ Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative / Window Clerk1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM $19.50

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, product issues, missed pickups, and damage claims.
• Process export orders, prepare shipping documentation, labels, and compliance paperwork.
• Process product returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain accurate records.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document management.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage pallet inventory, including ordering CHEP and white wood pallets, reconciling counts, and researching discrepancies.
• Update warehouse and operational metrics within the WMS.
• Generate reports and assist with tracking performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and customer service teams to support daily operations and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
