WINDOW INSTALLER – SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Rapid Remodel is looking for an experienced Window Installer to join our growing team in the Southern California area!


We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and knows how to get the job done right the first time. Experience installing new windows, retrofit windows is preferred.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience installing new windows, retrofit windows preferred
  
  
• Strong knowledge of proper window installation techniques
  
  
• Ability to measure, level, shim, seal, and properly install windows
  
  
• Experience with flashing, waterproofing, and exterior/interior finishing
  
  
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• Clean, professional appearance
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Must be dependable and show up ready to work
  
  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Install new construction and retrofit windows in residential homes
  
  
• Remove existing windows when necessary
  
  
• Properly prepare openings for installation
  
  
• Ensure windows are level, plumb, square, and properly sealed
  
  
• Complete interior and exterior finishing as needed
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
  
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
  
  
• Follow company installation standards and quality expectations
