Job Responsibilities:

  • Window Tint Installation: Apply 3M window film products to customer vehicles with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of 3M window film products, including their features, benefits, and application techniques, to effectively educate customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed tint installations to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tinting bays, tools, and equipment, to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the installation process.
  • Apprenticeship Opportunities: Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and expertise in window tint installation, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive customization or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to work with precision and accuracy during tint installations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the window tinting industry.
