Physical Therapist Assistant — Hayward, CA 
Permanent Placement | $45–$50 per hour
35 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday | No Weekend Rotation

Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant for a skilled nursing rehabilitation opportunity in Hayward, California. Work under a Physical Therapist’s direction to help patients improve mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities:
• Implement interventions within the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Reinforce patient and caregiver education on safe movement and prescribed exercises.
• Complete accurate treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing teams.
• Follow applicable supervision requirements and professional scope of practice.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Current California PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide individualized care under PT supervision.
