In this role, youll enhance your data analytics abilities by engaging with a diverse project portfolio and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Viticulture, Chemistry, Enology, Micro and Systems Biology, and Winemaking. You will play a crucial part in understanding and documenting the inputs and outputs of data to support ongoing development. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating dashboards that empower our partners to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Additionally, you will mine data to identify patterns for predictive insights, modeling both structured and unstructured data as you contribute to the development of machine learning and other advanced analytical models. This internship is designed to challenge and inspire you, providing a platform for innovation and creativity.

What Youll Need

• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards OR have obtained a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Marketing Research, Applied/Quantitative Psychology or School of Engineering.
• Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience working with data in Python or SQL.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Requires availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How Youll Stand Out

• Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Marketing Research, Applied/Quantitative Psychology or School of Engineering.
• Previous experience in natural sciences, fermentation, viticulture, or winemaking.
• Knowledge or experience working with BI Tools, like Tableau.
• Excellent organizational and team skills and experience managing multiple assignments.
• Previous experience working in a collaborative environment.

The Fine Print

• The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.
• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
• This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
