Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year of wire cutting experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Cut Operator to prepare wire and cable for custom cable and wire harness assemblies. This position is responsible for operating cutting and stripping equipment while ensuring materials meet work order specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire cutting and stripping equipment.
• Follow work orders, cut lists, drawings, and specifications.
• Verify wire type, gauge, color, length, strip length, and quantities.
• Inspect wire and materials for damage or defects.
• Accurately label and organize completed materials.
• Perform routine equipment care and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant wire cutting experience.
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and work habits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
