A day in this role

Start your shift by preparing the wire drawing line, checking materials, and reviewing production priorities. Through the day, you’ll monitor equipment, verify dimensions, and document output. You’ll pause to complete routine checks, keep the area organized, and partner with teammates to hit targets—always with safety first.

Compensation & schedule

• Starting pay: $17.65/hour during training on first shift
• Night shift differential: +$1.00/hour
• Night shift pay: $18.65/hour
• Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

What you’ll do

• Operate and keep watch over wire drawing machinery
• Load raw materials and assist with setup and changeovers
• Inspect product to confirm quality standards
• Measure, record, and report production data as needed
• Perform basic equipment checks and escalate maintenance needs
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals

What you bring

• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial settings (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Consistent, reliable attendance
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and do physical tasks throughout the shift
• Commitment to safety and quality
