Wire Harness Technician

Position Description:Ability to read and interpret vehicle electrical schematics.Ability to use multiple technical tools and applications to access information needed for schematics, diagnostics, retrofit activities, and related work.Experience supporting vehicle root-cause analysis and issue resolution.Soldering experience at the board, connector, and harness levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as SharePoint and Outlook.Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and culturesRequirements:Education requirement - Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field required, but open to a high school diploma but they absolutely have to have at least 3 years of experience if they only have a HSDYears of experience - at least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, including experience with wire harnesses, and vehicle electrical systems and componentsHaving their own power tools is a plus - not requiredShift Info:1st shift: 7:00AM -3:30PMOnsite 5 days/week2 positions in Warren2 positions in MilfordWork location:Milford Proving Ground and/or Warren Tech Center.
