Work At Home Customer Service Representative

Work At Home Customer Service Representative role. For our permanent roles, we also offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits as well as paid time off.

There will be a New Hire Orientation and an Onboarding Experience before day 1 of Product Specific Training. Training hours are 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST for 23 days, plus 5 days nesting. 100% attendance will be required for all these. The call center hours of operation is 7:00 AM EST - 11:00 PM EST 7 days a week

What you'll do

• Coordinate Care Plan, Medicare member services. Needs lots of empathy and patience.
• Answer customer calls: Prescription Refill, and Care order status.
• Provide estimated copays for Medications
• Answer Benefit questions
• Assist with grievances
• Assist with coverage determinations.

What you'll bring

• High School Graduate or GED
• 3 mos Customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills

This program will have milestone tests and a final test. There are up to 3 attempts, but you MUST pass on the 3rd attempt to continue with the LOB.

You will need to be available for any scheduled WITHIN these hours of operation.

Pay Rate: $14.00 Training/ $14.50 Production

Training Duration: 23 days Training / 5 days Nesting

Training Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST Monday to Friday

HOOPs (Hours of Operation): 7:00 AM EST - 11:00 PM EST 7 days a week
