Your Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled phone and virtual conversations
• Listen to questions and understand each client’s individual needs
• Explain available benefit options in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Help clients navigate the process and determine appropriate next steps
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout each interaction
• Follow up with clients when additional assistance is needed
• Maintain organized and accurate client information
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
• Work with team leaders to continually improve the client experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, patient, and professional approach
• Comfortable speaking with people and answering questions
• Reliable and organized with good time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop new skills
• Basic computer and virtual communication proficiency
• Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
