    Job Summary:

    Responsible and accountable to develop, coordinate and administer, the WorkSite Solutions Program as outlined in essential functions. Responsible for increasing revenues, profits and new patients through growing the number of industrial referrals and industrial customers. Responsible for the clinical excellence and operations management of the WorkSite Solutions Specialist II. Will support our industrial customers through the WorkSite Solutions Program to reduce lost work days, prevent injuries and improve work processes.

    Essential Functions:

    • Successfully develop, coordinate and implement the WorkSite Solutions Program. To include but not limited to:

    • Work Risk Analysis

    • Acute and Sub-acute rehab of injured workers

    • Program kept up to date on State Work Comp Law and reimbursement

    • Provide Work Conditioning

    • Provide Work Hardening

    • Provide Job Site Analysis

    • Provide Pre-placement and Post-offer Screenings

    • Provide On Site Rehabilitation

    • Provide Work Site Injury Prevention Programs

    • Ergonomic Principles and Assessment

    • Ergonomics in the workplace

    • Development of forms that maximize the effectiveness of industrial services and work strategies team

    • Train, support and coach clinical staff to meet needs of the WorkSite Solutions Program noted above.

    • Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels.

    • Assist in hiring and orienting new VibrantCare team members involved in WorkSite Solutions Program

    • Perform or assist in performance review process for VibrantCare team members involved in WorkSite Solutions Program.

    • Business development of Industrial Services

    • Develop and maintain relationships with industrial referral sources focusing on increased referrals to VibrantCare.

    • Assist in the coordination of industrial sales collaterals, public relations and marketing activities in local market

    • Foster a positive and favorable image of VibrantCare through activities in the industrial community in general.

    • Ensure strong industrial, physician and payer relations and coordinate implementation of specialty programs as requested by the customer.

    • Partnerships with other companies involved in this field to widen our scope of services and visibility

    • Develop and present proposals and contracts for industrial services, with support of COD and MCO of VibrantCare.

    • Report routinely to determine success, adjust strategies and drive new business

    • Industrial program visits

    • Customer profiles

    • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to allow the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with VibrantCare team and our customers.
    • Ability to evaluate and monitor clinical capabilities and skill levels.

    • Ability to develop and execute business plans and achieve strategic marketing and operating goals and maximize profitability.

    • Professional selling, reporting, and documentation skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple meetings and customer contacts per day.
    • Working knowledge of national/regional ergonomic regulations, occupational health care and payor mechanisms.
    • Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
    • Ability to function independently in the field.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
    • Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
    • Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written direction.
    • Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
    • Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
    • Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
    • Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration in accordance with state labor laws.
    • Preferred and Required Credentials:
    • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or other Physical Rehabilitation related science. Licensed clinical positions as an ATC, PTA, PT or OT are acceptable.
    • Knowledge/experience in local occupational healthcare, the industrial environment and working knowledge of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy
