We are looking for an experienced Workday Actimize IFM Developer with approximately 7+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Actimize solutions for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial crime management.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Actimize IFM Developer with approximately 7+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Actimize solutions for fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial crime management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support NICE Actimize IFM solutions.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand fraud detection and financial crime requirements.
- Develop and maintain fraud detection rules, scenarios, workflows, and alerts.
- Configure and customize Actimize IFM components based on business requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between Actimize and upstream/downstream systems.
- Work with transaction and customer data to support fraud detection and monitoring.
- Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, architects, and other development teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and financial crime monitoring requirements.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize IFM.
- Experience with Actimize configuration, development, and customization.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data analysis, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection.
- Experience developing rules, scenarios, alerts, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of application integration and data flows.
- Experience with Java/J2EE or other relevant programming technologies.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong debugging and production-support experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Actimize IFM, AIS, RCM, or SAM.
- Knowledge of fraud management and financial crime processes.
- Experience with banking, financial services, payments, or insurance domains.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Experience with Actimize upgrades and migration projects.
