Workday HRIS Analyst

Overview
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support day-to-day administration of Workday across core HCM. This role will help maintain system configuration, support users, and ensure data accuracy across HR processes in a post go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration across core HCM (worker data, job profiles, org structures, and business processes)
• Maintain and update workflows, business processes, and security roles
• Assist with reporting and dashboard creation
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
• Perform data audits and ensure data integrity across the system
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates
• Support testing for system updates, enhancements, and releases

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Workday or HRIS experience
• Experience with core HCM processes and configuration
• Basic understanding of Workday business process framework
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR and IT

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday reporting
• Experience with EIBs or basic integrations
• Experience supporting a post go-live environment
