Workers' Compensation Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to , Estate Planning, Immigration Law, and Securities Law. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal matters, conducting thorough research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

• Taking depositions of physicians and medical providers
• Handling hearings
• Updating the case management system
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Litigate cases in court as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting client interests.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal options available.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation and negotiation is preferred.
• Excellent research skills with proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
