We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster II to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims while ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations.
Investigate and evaluate workers’ compensation claims, determining coverage and appropriate reserves and payments.
Negotiate settlements and identify opportunities for early resolution.
Coordinate with attorneys, medical professionals, insureds, and other stakeholders.
Identify potential fraud and subrogation opportunities.
Maintain accurate claim documentation and prepare management reports.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.

3–5 years of claims handling experience, preferably in workers’ compensation.
California claims certification required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
