Support the people who make exceptional patient care possible.
At UCLA Health, caring for our people is essential to caring for our patients. As the Workers' Compensation Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employees who keep our mission moving forward.
In this leadership role, you'll guide the strategy and daily operations of the Workers' Compensation program, balancing compassionate employee support with effective claims management, cost containment, regulatory compliance, and safe, timely return-to-work outcomes. You'll lead and develop a dedicated team while partnering with hospital leadership, Occupational Health, UCOP Risk, and third-party administrators to resolve complex cases, mitigate risk, and continuously improve program performance.
This is an opportunity to combine real-world experience, strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a commitment to employee well-being in an environment where your work makes a meaningful difference. By helping employees navigate workplace injuries and return to work safely, you'll help foster a healthier, more supported workforce-and strengthen the people who care for our patients every day.
