Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee schedules and staffing assignments
- Maintain workforce records and staffing databases
- Monitor attendance and scheduling updates
- Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation

- Support onboarding coordination for new team members
- Generate workforce reports and operational summaries

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, workforce coordination, scheduling, customer service, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or workforce management systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
