WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A highly organized and technically skilled individual with experience with timekeeping systems, particularly UKG, and a solid understanding of the complexities of employee attendance and payroll processes. This person should be detail-oriented, possess strong customer service, and communication skills. This employee will maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support districtwide time management operations by maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with campuses and departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or related administrative roles.
Experience with UKG or other time management systems is strongly preferred.
Experience in data entry, report generation, and employee attendance processes.
