Description
Join our team as a Workplace Services Representative in Chicago, IL.
This is a contract position requiring onsite presence.
You will be responsible for maintaining facilities, overseeing vendor services, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
Proficiency in standard office software is required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage building work orders and coordinate vendor services.
Oversee maintenance and repair of office furniture.
Ensure safety, security, and compliance within the workplace.
Handle mail, shipping, and inventory management.
Provide front desk and reception coverage as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities or workplace operations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
Experience with office software and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
