    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the design of future work environments for small to medium-sized clients.

    This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assemble proposals' intervention including pre-sales and sales actions.
    • Develop a strategic framework with management.
    • Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming future spaces.
    • Study complex quantitative and qualitative data from research.
    • Coordinate with design teams on the space design phase.
    • Construct change management plans and communication.
    • Guide working groups for feedback and evaluation.
    • Coordinate data collection of various aspects of a working environment. Translate information into a meaningful concept to align with organizations' needs.
    • Understand spatial requirements and development of space budget. Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards.
    • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
    • Impact the quality of own work.
    • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
    • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

    What You'll Need:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
    • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
