Workstation Support Analyst

DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry.
 
Work Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a low-level (Public Trust) clearance
 
Responsibilities:

• This position covers everything from software installation to troubleshooting applications to rebuilding workstations.

Required Education:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field;
• OR 2 years of job-related work experience.

Required Work Experience:

• 2 years of technical operations support experience.

Required Technologies:

• Teams, Office, & Windows

Required Licenses and Certificates:

• A+ Certification.
• CompTIA A+ or higher is preferred but not required.

Soft Skills:

• Troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service and communication are the biggest skills needed in this role since we directly work with keeping users productive.
